The exhibitor registration fee includes registration for two representatives of your organization and one six-foot draped table.

We invite you to exhibit at the 2018 American Ornithology Meeting at the Hilton El Conquistador in Tucson, Arizona, the week of 9 to 14 April. The meeting is an international gathering of more than 700 attendees from academic, government, nonprofit, and industry sectors. Exhibitors play an important role in our meetings and attendees will come seeking information about your organization and its products!
The exhibition will be located in the Hilton El Conquistador where the conference large networking events, coffee breaks, and poster sessions will be held. All exhibits will be tabletop displays based on first come/first serve selection after placement of sponsors. Exhibitors can set up on Wednesday, 11 April anytime between 7 am until 10 am. Exhibits can be open all day Wednesday to Friday with tear-down on Friday evening, 13 April, from 3:30 – 5 pm.
We welcome commercial, non-profit, and government exhibitors to join us for the 2018 conference. Exhibitor registrations includes one six-foot draped table and exhibitor badges for two individuals with access to conference.
Before March 18
- $1,300 for commercial businesses (includes one table at $800 and $500 registration).
- $800 for non-profit and government organizations (includes one table at $300 and $500 registration).
After March 18
- $1,600 for commercial businesses (includes one table at $1100 and $500 registration).
- $975 for non-profit and government organizations (includes one table at $475 and $500 registration).

Instructions for registering as an exhibitor – Open an account on our Society Portal. Once your profile is complete, return to the portal home page and select View AOS 2018 under the Events section of the Portal homepage. Click Register Now! to register as an exhibitor. If exhibitors are interested in attending events or programs at the conference outside the exhibit hall (e.g. Fun Run, Bird Jam, Closing Event, etc), you may register for those specific events. If your organization requires additional documentation to remit payment or is unable to remit payment via credit card through the online system, please email AOS at firstname.lastname@example.org

Shared Booth Space Option
If you are interested in the option of displaying items but do not need an entire display table, please contact Katie Kulp at email@example.com to find out more. With this option, exhibitors may display items at a shared booth without a representative from your organization present to attend the booth. The fee for shared booth space is $250 for commercial and $75 for non-profit organizations and government agencies.
Advertising space may be purchased in the AOS 2018 Conference Program Book. Individuals or organizations may purchase a 1/4, 1/2 or full-page ad. The inside-back cover may also be purchased as a full-page ad. Prices for ads are as follows:
Camera Ready Artwork must be submitted to Katie Kulp at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 16, 2018 to be included in the program book. The artwork must conform to the specific dimensions of your ad size purchase. It must be 300 dpi or higher with proper crop marks if it requires cropping, full bleeds allowed. Eps, pdf, tiff or jpg file will be accepted.
In conformance with the AOS Green Policy, please note that conference attendees may opt out of a printed program and use a PDF version. All advertising packages include additional exposure on rotating pre-session slides.

Shipping and Packages
All freight handling needs to be done through the Hilton El Conquistador. Shipments must be prepaid and will not be accepted more than seven (7) days prior to the event.
PLEASE NOTE: The Tucson Hilton El Conquistador DOES NOT accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays or other materials that arrive unmarked or fail to arrive at the hotel. The group or individual is responsible for insuring its property of loss or damage.
